Board of Directors
ZATI is overseen by a Board of Directors, each with specific areas of responsibility tailored to their expertise. This body plays a central role in setting the strategic direction of the organization and ensuring effective governance. Members of the Board of Directors are elected from among ZATI’s membership and serve to represent the diverse interests within the tourism sector. The Board of Directors is led by the Chairman of ZATI.
Secretariate/Office
The day-to-day operations of ZATI are managed by the Secretariat, led by the Executive Director. The Secretariat serves as the administrative hub of the organization, facilitating communication between members, coordinating initiatives, and executing strategic objectives set by the Board of Directors. Under the leadership of the Executive Director, the Secretariat comprises dedicated professionals who work diligently to support the needs of ZATI’s membership and advance the organization’s mission. The Executive Director is a non-voting member of the Board.
