As we look to 2025, we are proud to present a realigned strategic direction for ZATI. This roadmap has been developed following extensive discussions among the Board of Directors and the Executive Director, where we examined who we are as an organization, what we should be, and what we should do to better serve our members and contribute to the sustainable growth of Zanzibar’s tourism sector.
Our vision for 2025 is clear: to realign ZATI’s focus on three core pillars — Advising, Supporting, and Connecting. These pillars, along with our guiding principles of Sustainability, Responsibility, and Professionalism, will drive all of our initiatives in the coming year.
